Dr. Mark LeMay, D.C. has been in practice for over 20 years, serving the Fair Oaks, Citrus Heights, Orangevale, Folsom, and Sacramento area. Our focus is three-fold:
1- CHIROPRACTIC: We use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. If you’ve been to a chiropractor before and prefer to be adjusted in a particular way, let Dr. Mark LeMay know. We want you to relax, enjoy and fully benefit from your chiropractic care.
2- REHABILITATION: Rehab is a series of individually prescribed stretches and/or exercises designed to correct any areas of spinal weakness that can be done at home, the office, a health club, or even when you travel.
3- NUTRITION: Nutrition Response Testing is a non-invasive system of analyzing the body to determine the underlying causes of ill or non-optimum health.
